Tradition & Passion
Lukban’s Ksarap! Restaurant
Our Humble Beginnings

It all began with a vision of having a place where people can meet and feast over delicious food cooked the BIKOLANO way.

Having inherited a wealth of original recipes from past generations, starting the business wasn’t as difficult. It was simply a matter of selecting which one to offer. And since all were proven to be oKay sa Sarap, we decided to name our place KSARAP!

Initially, we offered merienda and had only six tables to accommodate a handful of customers. During those days, we were closed on Sundays. The overwhelming response and the smile on the face of every satisfied customer were so inspiring. Requests and orders continued to pour in and we saw the need to develop and introduce new products. We then decided to open daily and offered breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Always served hot, the EMPANADA became our all-time best seller and our customers’ favorite pasalubong. It has since been a “must-have, must-eat” of visitors, both local and foreign. How can anyone go wrong with our very refreshing sherbet that comes in different variants: buko, mango, corn & cheese, halo-halo and strawberry. What sets it apart from the common sherbet is its very Filipino flavor and its last bite tastes just as good as its first. Our dinuguan at puto are also a hit, together with our rice toppings: tapa, pork chop and Lukban longganisa. The list goes on and on, but just the same, all possess that distinct taste cooked the traditional way.

Today, we take pride in our restaurant which can now accommodate a large number of people. Its perfect ambience coupled with modern amenities such as an automatic water mist system to give cool air to our guests during hot days; a sanitized kitchen; well-maintained, handicap-friendly restrooms, complete with a baby diaper changing station set KSARAP! apart from the rest.

All these, we have done, because we believe that YOU, our customers, deserve nothing but the BEST!
